Beschreibung
Christoph's life begins unimaginably: as a toddler, his mother tries to sell him to America. When this plan fails, Christoph, who is just under two years old, is the only Protestant boy in a Catholic children's home run by strict nuns. There he experiences not only a lack of security but also unimaginable physical and psychological torment. When he was 13 years old, Christoph experienced sexual abuse for the first time at the hands of a nun. Finally, at the age of 15, he was accepted into a male monastery for aspiring priests. There he was abused again. This is a true and powerful biography - and a strong appeal against silence, with information on help and self-help for victims of sexual violence.
