The current book - Prevention Models, Cure Research Project and Epidemiological Studies: HIV/AIDS and other Communicable Disease in Sub-Saharan Africa is a product of vast experience and expertise in Medical and Health research. The book begins with a comprehensive analysis of Disease and the Microbiological world of disease causing organisms. Major communicable disease in Sub-Saharan Africa - Malaria and Tuberculosis are then analyzed in some detail in terms of their etiology, pathogenesis, pathology, prognosis, treatment and management. The same depth of analysis is used to consider major sexually transmitted disease - Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and Herpes Simplex - before HIV/AIDS is considered comprehensively.Etiology,Epidemiology, Transmission dynamics, and Gender are considered relative to the HIV/AID pandemic. An HIV/AIDS Behavioral change model by the researcher [MARISEN'S HIV/AIDS MODEL] is then outlined and the book is concluded with a proposal for an HIV/AIDS cure - An AIDS cure project currently underway.
